您好很高興通知你關於訂單001已經全數生產完畢,預計下星期出貨.但是今天船公司通知我們上次你所提供的那個機場,目前巴西航空已經停飛.所以我們已經另外請船公司重新報價尋找接近你們的機場.價錢和機場名我們會盡快提供給你.而我們所報的價錢是只到機場的價錢並不包含其他費用.希望了解.而你所提到的INVOICE文件是隨機文件,所以我們不會再用快遞寄給你.另外我們想要知道你的空運費用是否有需要做UNDERVALUE的金額.若沒有我們將用實際金額.這點我們等待你的指示.另外我們附上修改過的訂單含C&F空運費用.請確認.更新:請勿使用翻譯軟體...請有經驗的貿易高手幫幫我
我來幫你了... Dear sir, We are glad to inform you that the goods on PO#001 had been finished producing and will be shipped out by next week. However, we are informed by forwarder that the Brazilian Airline has no more flight in the airport you mentioned last time; therefore, we are forced to ask forwarder to send quotation from other airports near you. The costs and airport name will be offerred to you as soon as we have the answer from forwarder. Moreover, please note that we will quote only the costs for goods to the airport, not including all other local expenses, please understand. And regarding to the invoice you mentioned, it will be sent with the package, so we will not send it to you by air express separately. In addition, we would like to know if you want us to make under value for the air freight costs. If not, we will use the actual value. We will be waiting for your further advise on this.
